Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear with a straightforward returns policy that reflects the quality of our products. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how to proceed:

Return Policy Overview

• Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase: Order number required for all returns

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide details: Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval: Our gear experts will respond within 2 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

• You’ll receive email notification about your refund status
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refund timing:
  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

1. Follow the standard return process above
2. Clearly indicate the replacement item you want in your email
3. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
