Our returns policy is designed with the same precision as our blades—clear, straightforward, and reliable.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited Edition & Sprint Runs (due to their collector’s nature)
- Firestarters (classified as hazardous materials)
- Personalized or custom-engraved items
- Any item that shows signs of use or wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – our gear experts will review your request within 2 business days
- Package your item securely in its original packaging

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund timing:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may see the refund in your account before it’s officially posted by your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the damaged/defective item
