Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already entered the shipping process.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to adventurers and collectors across the globe, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping (EMS), basic tracking is available. If you’re having trouble tracking your package, our team is happy to assist.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While we carefully select reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen, especially with international shipments. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. For lost packages, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your items when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used knives or tools
- Opened knife care products
- Personalized or custom items
- Limited edition/sprint run items that have been removed from original packaging
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, you can include a gift message during checkout that we’ll print on the packing slip. The packing slip won’t include pricing information.
